The courses currently provided are courses made by me. As I'm german I provide a Spanish course for germans and I'm working on a German course for Anglophones. As far as I know, there is no course made by other people yet. That means that either you have to wait till somebody speaking russian is willing to create an English course or (even better) you learn English and share your progress with courses for JLanguageLearn.
